Graduation Celebration Day On 17 of September 2009, Thailand Department of Corrections together with Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University (STOU) hosted the celebration of the 25th anniversary of higher education program behind bars and the commencement ceremony to award 266 inmates the undergraduate degree in various fields of study at Bangkwang Central Prison.
